Meeting Minutes (Important!)

Meeting is attended by 3 people: Liang Jie & Kai Boon & Kar Yaw. SIEN~~~~!!!

Problems due to lack of communication for SPM:
1. SPM Intensive Week 8 no short notes
2. SPM Intensive no solution for both Week 7 & 8
3. SPM Intensive no page number
4. SPM Intensive was prepared week by week instead of as a pack.
5. For these few weeks, SPM notes/exercises are not uploaded. In the end, got time to print also go photostat dy. Sangat not pro de look.

Conclusion:
1. Form 4 Notes: In addition of 2 weeks revision prepared by KK, we will add in
a. "Must-know" questions (LJ will do - Do not discuss in class, they memang pun need to know dy)
b. Paper 2 style, (discuss in class)
Will have 2 sets here. So u discuss one, ask them do one. LJ say, the ones prepared by KK will act as reinforcement for the Paper 2 questions.
I.E.: No need to go thru question by question next week for the ones set by KK. Only go thru those will be set by LJ and KB. (Questions to be set b4 Sunday)

2. Extra Class Form 5: Tell students on the 16 types of questions in SPM Paper 2. In the classes, do that 16 questions only. (KK, pls prepare 2 to 3 sets of model papers. But do not just photostat, copy and paste)

3. Form4 Model Paper: 2 sets. Come out by this Sunday. !!!!!
4. SPM Model Paper. also 2 sets. Also by this Sunday. Both will be done by LJ.

5. SPM Intensive Pack: Next week will be last week of revision (3rd week of Sep), for the last 2 weeks of September (4th and 5th):
a. "Must-know" objective questions (again, no need to discuss)
b. 16 subjective questions. Bombardment: Dump in tonnes of questions, but teach them 1st step to do only. No need to do whole questions. Do only the 1st equation, then ask them continue to gaodim themselves. KB will prepare the questions. (LJ will help to set questions for Simultaneous Equation, Arcs & Sectors, Volume/Solid Geometry)

People in charged of things:
LJ
1. Form 4 and Form 5 - Must know questions + the 3 chapters in paper 2
2. Model paper that act as reinforcement (Let students go back and do one) for both forms


KB
1. spot Paper 2 questions for Form4 and Form5 to be used in the last 2 weeks of September

KK
1. Prepare 2-3 sets of model papers to be discussed next week in extra class.

All things must come with solution!!!
All things must be done by Saturday!!! Sunday is there for printing.
