Meeting Minutes for 17 September

1. F4 October Notes: Revision + Form5 C1
1. Format of notes remain.
2. Revision = Exam type questions (something like mock, but we discuss in class. So we will cancel the mock exam. No need to prepare extra mock exam papers)
3. Kok Kin do (LJ will ajak u to discuss. So u pls call LJ daiko after u read this la xP). 
4. AVOID LAST MINUTE!!! Deadline: 26th September (Next Sunday)
2. F5 October Notes: 
1. Put in Past Year. Format like usual (Table form)
2. 1st week - objective (SPM 09), 2nd week - subjective (SPM 09)
3. 3rd week - objective (SPM 08), 4th week - subjective (SPM 08)
4. Scan 2 years first. November use 2007.

3. Form 4 next week give full solution for Mock Exam (They do in TTC one)
4. End of year find one day compile all notes in everyone's PC. So keep all ur notes/exercises in ur pendrive to synchronize.
5. LJ and Steph going to take SPM next year. Yay! XD

2. Form 1 notes add F2 chapters; Form 2 notes add F3 chapters. 
7. Form 3 notes --- Start F4 stuff

3. Receptionists notes rack - Check the no.of copies of notes at the rack. Steph in charged. 
1. Every form 10 copies for 1st week. Then 5 copies starting from 2nd week.
2. Check daily for week 1, then  weekly from week 2 onwards.
9. SPM Booster Class
1. Synchronize between tutors to keep tutors on same page.
2. Easier to know what is covered in Booster, so no need to spend time to tackle some questions in normal class.
