Hidden Weapon by TTC Tutors

Maths Tutors,
Sad to say that we are "terrorists" with A hidden weapon, but our weapon isn't a brutal and horrible BOOMing-like shotgun or rifle. Instead, our weapon is graded as the most powerful tool by people in all around the world.
YOUR IMPERSONAL skills seeded on every students.

i have been thinking, thinking and thinking after a very long meeting that held last week with the TTC management. we have been discussing our positioning for a good consecutive 4 weeks, and good to say that we are about to reach our very blossom period that will make us shine next year with our very well planned POSITIONING that is PERSONAL ATTENTION (still on draft status).

"TTC tutors has their very natural impersonal skills and caring skills that actually formed a very strong TTC and yet we have been wondering is this impersonal skills a bad weapon that will kills us ? Many people have been thinking...impersonal skills? Isn't it sounds like you are like a fool helping people/student/tutors without pay or caring your tutors/students without any benefits, it sounds stupid to actually put ur studies aside to actually make your students Number One. But to me, building up a person makes me feel like i have achieved sth very meaningful and you will see the joy of your student getting great results and running towards you and ask you to belanja them makan haha (i believe all of us had this experience before XD). Sad in your wallet but to me it worth a millions =) "

Today, TTC is going towards this meaningful positioning (personal attention) and will it last forever. going through every juniors, next year, following year ...
personal attention will be the stem of impersonal skills and you all have been doing great. Good improvement in kok kin, kai boon. making SPM department better since the presence of you all. thanks alot!
And our steph and jian wen that had build a very strong "neuron-connection" with the students haha. your students are great! WohOo!! they have been finding for u all to teach =)

keep up our good work and don't let our impersonal skills fade, and keep polishing it till it shines all the ways in our life.

GREAT WORKING WITH YOU ALL.
Jian Wen, thank you.
