by the way: again i remind... deadline for OCTOBER notes is TODAY...i haven seen any wind blowing the notes to me...sad. phew...so latest. please before u start... tell me u are starting it. coz i got some new guidelines for u all.

Meeting Minutes for 17 September
- F4 October Notes: Revision + Form5 C1
- Format of notes remain.
- Revision = Exam type questions (something like mock, but we discuss in class. So we will cancel the mock exam. No need to prepare extra mock exam papers)
- Kok Kin do (LJ will ajak u to discuss. So u pls call LJ daiko after u read this la xP).
- AVOID LAST MINUTE!!! Deadline: 26th September (Next Sunday)
- F5 October Notes:
- Put in Past Year. Format like usual (Table form)
- 1st week - objective (SPM 09), 2nd week - subjective (SPM 09)
- 3rd week - objective (SPM 08), 4th week - subjective (SPM 08)
- Scan 2 years first. November use 2007.

today we will have our meeting on 7pm.

1- October notes wat to do ?
2- tell students we will start new chapter on october. form one, two, three, four, five~ we will decide today.
3- the rack... (every compartment) need to put what ? coz we need to use a space to put our note.
4- we need to appoint a member to check up our note's quantity. no need to present in ttc everyday but u can use phone to call up the receptionist to tell you the number of form 5 and form 4, as weel as pmr level notes. make sure they are always at a min of 10 beginning of the month then mid of the month, 5 copies then end with 5 copies as well.
(have to check everyday.), if dun have need to call up head of dept, or division to print for u, to fill up the bullets.
5- notes again, but we need to discuss on its details. like, what is the content (i believe need to change.), notes quality i might ask another dept to look at it to check quality. (still thinking on it, need u all to elaborate for me.)

SPM Notes
Hey people! New notes for SPM are done. (Agak-agak la) They are super uber chiukap gengchao effing insane extremely THICK. (For both Form4 and 5) Credits go to LJ and KarYaw.
So SPM Tutors, remember to PREPARE before you go into class to know exactly what to teach. Or else u stun gei in front and fish there nobody can save u de la. XD And rmb to ask your students to collect their notes from the counter before u start class. If they didn't bring receipt, ask them to ask recep to check their payment status or sign a form over there to collect their notes. Or LJ say ask recep to print another one if the recep allow.

need to have, banner and brochure done by 14th sept (tuesday), sponsors by 16th (need to put revive and others sponsors link on it.), Obu by monday(rearrange reference.), saturday got extra class 10 to 1, sunday print notes with mrSmile, then badminton on afternoon.

Meeting Minutes (Important!)
Meeting is attended by 3 people: Liang Jie & Kai Boon & Kar Yaw. SIEN~~~~!!!
Problems due to lack of communication for SPM:
1. SPM Intensive Week 8 no short notes
2. SPM Intensive no solution for both Week 7 & 8
3. SPM Intensive no page number
4. SPM Intensive was prepared week by week instead of as a pack.
5. For these few weeks, SPM notes/exercises are not uploaded. In the end, got time to print also go photostat dy. Sangat not pro de look.
Conclusion:
1. Form 4 Notes: In addition of 2 weeks revision prepared by KK, we will add in
a. "Must-know" questions (LJ will do - Do not discuss in class, they memang pun need to know dy)
b. Paper 2 style, (discuss in class)
Will have 2 sets here. So u discuss one, ask them do one. LJ say, the ones prepared by KK will act as reinforcement for the Paper 2 questions.
I.E.: No need to go thru question by question next week for the ones set by KK. Only go thru those will be set by LJ and KB. (Questions to be set b4 Sunday)
2. Extra Class Form 5: Tell students on the 16 types of questions in SPM Paper 2. In the classes, do that 16 questions only. (KK, pls prepare 2 to 3 sets of model papers. But do not just photostat, copy and paste)
3. Form4 Model Paper: 2 sets. Come out by this Sunday. !!!!!
4. SPM Model Paper. also 2 sets. Also by this Sunday. Both will be done by LJ.

hey there, TUTORs, we have OUR week 1 and 2 intensive notes distributed out to them ad. but due to sept notes have to be given out right after they pay their fees, so we have a problem here which is to come out with a full sept notes for them, but dun worry, OCT we dun have any notes to come out, just form 1 and 2. so PMR tutors please help out the form 1 and 2 tutor in coming out the notes. i believe, our notes really due for quite some time.level of GREEN had decreased to a significant low level...AHHhhhh...
so tonite, we need to unite, to solve this matter in 30 mins and start pumping in some bars to get our breakeven level back!!
