i believe you have this idea in your mind that, we have been having this idea of
a Triangle based management.
where the base is our CUSTOMERs the users, and above will be OPERATING team, and followed by MANAGEMENT the manager then later to the most important level which is the STRATEGIC thinker.

but this thing applies to decision making. but try imagining.
Our objective (i mean TTC), has been focusing on Students(the customer), our will is to fulfill Students satisfaction (in other words, we must find out our method to deal with different types of students =))
so, my thinking for the above statement will be....

meaning now, customer is positioning at the highest level of this hierarchy , their are the "KING", the nearest level should be very concern about them, and followed by the 3rd and 4th level. meaning, we as the tutors are taking the most influencing position. we are the MOST influencing people to the students not the higher, because they are position at the tradisional hierarchy or tagged as the thinker. not influenceSER.
